Loftela is a real estate service that has had a legacy of over two decades, marked by creating architectural masterpieces in Bangalore and pivotal contributions to government projects in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Telangana. 

The project aims to highlight that Loftela goes beyond real estate, emphasising their dedication to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. Offering unique, affordable homes in a sustainable and luxurious environment, with a noble goal of sharing the "joy of living" with everyone. 

I have created a brand identity and newspaper ad for Loftela. This brand identity reflects the mission of making the dream of owning a home a reality for all aspiring homeowners.
